I figured give it a try. I ordered three house keys on my first order. All worked which is surprising because I’ve had issues in the past with keys often not working. Then I thought why not give it a try for a car I recently got that came with one key. Much to my surprise it worked like the one I got when I got the car. I’ve bought 4 keys in two orders one of which was an engraved type key and spent less than $60. My car key alone would have cost more than that at the dealership. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone.

Evan was awesome! Excellent customer service & scheduled for the same day. Came out to my car and gave me two whole new keys for a better price than anywhere else in the area (Massillon/canton), and was quick! I would highly recommend!

No stars if possible. Called about needed help with a vehicle key at 6am. Said he could do it but needed to wait for GM to open at 9am. 9am comes and goes with no message, no call. Try to text him and no answer. 10 am now 4 hours later and still nothing. Finally called a different company to come out. Sent him a message letting him know issue is taken care of. IMMEDIATELY he texts back “okay thank you” but nothing when help was needed. Don’t use this service.

Unfortunately , our experience with this company was extremely negative. We were quoted $220 to have Locksmith cut ONE key and program. The technician was a nice enough guy, but there was a language barrier. Instead of cutting ONE key he cut 2 and charged $505.00. We told them we only wanted ONE key at the price we were quoted. They refused to honor their quote. What makes it worse the second key doesn’t even work. Adding salt to the wound, they broke our key assembly. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.

I went in for 2 cuts of one key. The third one was free so the price was good. I was in Menards anyway so the convenience of the key machine in the store saved me time and travel.
