Do not use this company. Their technician installed my outdoor handle incorrectly and it came apart a month after install. When I called them to fix it, they claimed they had no record of me and hung up on me twice! This company is a complete rip-off! Absolute charlatans. Spend your money elsewhere.

Derek the technician was great. He unlocked my car and programmed a new key efficiently. The only issue was the payment application used that declined my card. Eventually the payment was processed after being entered manually. Fix the payment issue and I will give a five star rating.

Charity was an absolute delight to work with. I was having some issues installing a deadbolt and she sent Domingo over within an hour of me calling her. He was able to quickly increase the size of my deadbolt hole on my ancient door and assist me with getting a new smart lock installed. Will definitely reach out to them again if I ever need any locksmith assistance.

Keys do not match. I made a copy of my key at one of their kiosks in kroger on south high and it doesn’t even fit in my door. Wasted 8.99 lol

I got 3 keys made and none of them actually turn in the lock. The refund process was simple and no questions asked. Got the refund within 5 minutes.

This was my first time using this service. I wasn’t overly impressed. I had 4 keys to be made, but due to the expense, I only utilized the buy 2, get the 3rd free option. The length of time for the machine to make the keys wasn’t bad at all. The bigger issue was that 1 of the keys made did not work when I got home to test the keys. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
