We needed a door on the truck unlocked. I called them and explained the situation. First they gave me a tip to try so we don’t have to spend the money, which is so nice of them. Unfortunately it didn’t work so they came out unlocked the door and made a new key as well. Honest and polite people. Highly recommend!

Its okay. All stores should be cleaner. Team members should all be uniform in appearance. Kindness should be a given. Prices are fair. Too many things from China, Vietnam etc. Wih there were more from USA.
DO NOT LIKE PETS ARE TOLERATED. NO NO NO Menards sells food. No pets should be allowed. Service dogs…LEGIT ones yes but pets no.
Rebate is great though.

My father in law had keys made at a local hardware store today and none of them worked!

Wish I could give no stars! Called for help guy acted as if a paying customer was an inconvenience to his day. Locked my keys in my car I understand it’s a me problem but when someone calls for help in Sub below temperatures and they’re stuck outside you would think you would be more kind. Fyi he only takes cash

Convenient but confusing. I could not easily determine whether I needed to pay before having the key cut. Kiosk was at Lowe’s and no one at the service desk offered to help. The ram keys worked but not smoothly. Door lock would not return to its neutral position without applying force to the key.

Old key….Had three of the same keys made. None of them work. Not sure what to do…Filing one now, maybe that will work…..Not driving 30+ miles to get the same results. Planning on a different store.

First time using the kiosk key machine at Menards. Keys DID NOT work ! I made two keys for two separate basic pad locks. The keys I used to make the copies work great. I was skeptical about the kiosk. Now I know for good reason.
Plus they were $11.77 – way too expensive.
ESPECIALLY when they are duds. Will not use again…. obviously!! UPDATE ( one day later )
The company issued a full refund to my card after I filed a report on my experience. That was immediate and appreciated !
