I locked my keys in my car and I looked up locksmiths, this was one that came up, I called them and it took a good 40 minutes just to get to where they would send me someone…. Then the robot voice on the other end of the phone said that it would be $135….. I was desperate so I was like okay sure…… A little bit of time passed and then I got another notification saying that they had found a locksmith and that it would be an additional $266….. At that point I was like yeah, no, this is a scam, I hung up and went with a different place called Elle’s locksmith… They only charged me 40 bucks. When the person arrived he told me that apparently they’ve had calls from people who have tried out. Key me locksmiths and it’s a scam. Apparently this company is the one that runs the minute keys in the Walmarts and WinCo’s and what not and they won’t actually send out a person to unlock your doors, they’ll just take your money and say they tried. Wish I could give no stars! Called for help guy acted as if a paying customer was an inconvenience to his day. Locked my keys in my car I understand it’s a me problem but when someone calls for help in Sub below temperatures and they’re stuck outside you would think you would be more kind. Fyi he only takes cash

Needed 1 key, CHARGED for 2 PLUS an additional $5, don’t know what for.. When getting a key made, the first attempt failed and kiosk said “refund issued”. The second attempt was successful. While I was cleaning the new key, a second key was produced. Only 1 key worked! IT DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!
