Excellent reasonably-priced service. Most importantly, Stuart really knows locks and old door knobs. My front door deadbolt was jammed, and, as it turns out, broken. Stuart was able to install a new deadbolt into my front door lock, without having to replace the entire lock. He also tightened the hinges on the door, which had been causing some misalignment. He even repaired the front door lever without charge. He corrected the alignment of the inner vestibule door strike and repaired my bathroom knob. Highly recommend because he is honest and competent.

I highly recommend this company. They came out to me within 2 hours of me calling. I got a great deal on 2 new key fob remotes with programming. My tech Sam was amazing, has great communication and was here only for a hour. Great service with a great price. Again I highly recommend. Thank you!

Can’t complain about the quick service.However , there were enough issues to say I’ll never use them again. I explained in detail on the phone what I needed and asked for a price. Scheduled appointment for 5 pm and he showed up at 9am. It was an A1 truck not Sam’s Lock & Key as expected. Then when finished he said it was more complicated and would be $50 more. It was exactly how I described the job and took exactly an hour.

The worst service ever. It took hours, from 7 to 3:30pm to do one simple sliding door lock. It was just old and simple, it wasn’t even electric. I picked this service because you guys said it was fast and affordable. I have seen men in my family work faster than this.

Mikhail is very responsive. He also is clearly a personable and kind man, but when working, all business. On a Saturday, upon discovering that a key ring with keys to multiple locks for my residence was missing, I called him. He answered immediately. He asked whether my situation was an emergency or urgent. I explained that my situation was “sooner rather than later” and of concern, and he said he could be at my place at 9am (on a Sunday !) — and he did arrive a couple of minutes before 9am. He had to re-cylinder all of the locks and make me new keys, and was done in just over an hour and a half. To further my point of this review, this was the second time I have called upon him for lock work. Previously, I had a recommendation to contact him. This time I knew who to call, and did so
without hesitation.

Came here after giving my phone a nice, cracked screen and as I use my phone for my YouTube filming and editing, I thought I was doomed. But Jill was absolutely terrific! She was fast, honest and very knowledgeable. If I were to fix my Samsung Galaxy A15 myself, I am sure my hammer would have done it. But hey, leave it to the experts. These guys are a blessing to have and they do so much more than phone repairs. If you need battery replacements or chargers and even more, give these guys a stop because they do it all.
