I am extremely happy with the service provided by this company. Nick, the technician, arrived early at my house, which was a bonus, and was able to create and program a duplicate for my lost OEM car key in 15 minutes on site. He was polite and very respectful of both myself and my property. I initially spoke with Jim the owner who delivered on his assurance of delivery of a brand new cut and programmed key because I had never used a mobile sevice before. They worked seamlessly with my AAA with no problems whatsoever so I could receive my full discount. I would highly recommend this company for an affordable and convenient option for replacement of lost keys. Skip the trip to the dealer, the high price, the wait time, and give them a call!

Can’t complain about the quick service.However , there were enough issues to say I’ll never use them again. I explained in detail on the phone what I needed and asked for a price. Scheduled appointment for 5 pm and he showed up at 9am. It was an A1 truck not Sam’s Lock & Key as expected. Then when finished he said it was more complicated and would be $50 more. It was exactly how I described the job and took exactly an hour.

Don’t ever use this Company, they scam you with not telling you the price up front. Told me it started $175 then charged all these extra fees to total $580!! Never again!!

Michael was awesome. Came within 45 minutes and fixed our backdoor screen lock which had to be cut out. Save us $350 by not having to replace the lock. We could not use the back entrance which was a serious problem for us.
