I used this key-making machine at my local Menards. It was very easy to operate, and there was a special of buy two, get one free so I took advantage of that.

Called later in the day when we found out the locks on our business would not work from the inside or outside. Although they were busy they fit us in and had the lock repaired quickly. Price was more than reasonable. Both the office staff and the locksmith that came to our office were friendly and easy to deal with. If I ever need a locksmith again they will be my first call.

I used the Minute Key machine at Walmart in Massillon, Ohio. I made three keys. There was cute and unique choices of key designs to chose from. My only issue was that all three keys had sharp shavings connected to them and it was difficult to get these shavings off without cutting myself. The keys had sharp edges. But they work in the lock.

I used this kiosk for the first time on 8/11/21 and was extremely disappointed. It was very user unfriendly and a poor experience. In addition and to make matters worse the key did not work. And, as a final disappointment I could to the the Loews where the kiosk is located !

Highly recommend!! Ordered and programmed a replacement key for my wife’s car for half of what the dealership was going to charge. Very friendly knowledgeable service throughout the whole process. You guys definitely have my business from now on for any keys I need!
