Gary was exactly on time. He had to run out to purchase a part for a small job that I hadn’t originally requested as part of the service call (replacing the peep hole) – but didn’t charge any extra for labour. Gary even gave me feedback on my original request and pointed out how the door lock could be made safer, at no additional cost. Excellent experience.

They are very polite, upfront and efficient. I came in with a key fob with no buttons. They allowed me to bring in a keyfob that I bought online and they programmed it and cut it for me..very professional. They have lots of business. People seem to be coming into the store every 3 or 4 minutes…and you still get fast service. I did price comparisons with at least 10 other surrounding locksmiths…best price. I went into 2 stores .. Southgate lock and security have the best customer service
