I had to have some drilling done to my front door to fit new door handle. The old entry door handle broke. The owner (Al) Inspected the parts that I took to the store and determined that replacement parts were not available, since old handle was no longer in production. We picked out a new entry door handle. He was very accommodating and took care of everything promptly within an hour. Everything works perfectly and I am perfectly satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Al was very courteous and very polite and very professional. The lock geek is a company that I will use again. They have my recommendation.

Extremely professional and blazingly fast service. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything done efficiently without cutting any corners. On top of that, the pricing was very fair — definitely not an arm and a leg for this level of service. Evan was awesome! Excellent customer service & scheduled for the same day. Came out to my car and gave me two whole new keys for a better price than anywhere else in the area (Massillon/canton), and was quick! I would highly recommend!

Had a key stuck inside my cars ignition. I am so happy I was directed to Mr. Lock. They are absolutely fantastic. Tyler was super helpful and professional. This is the 3rd time I have been here. Jerry cut and programmed an extra Acura keyfob for me in 2018, then I bought two Ford F150 key fobs from him for my 2004. And now after my wife killed my Mustang key fob (by swimming with it) the second one started going bad. His prices are better than the dealer and they are high quality Key fobs, I got two and they work great!

You can set up an appointment to go to his store of have him come to you. If you send an email just give him a day to respond as he is working on many jobs. Thanks Jerry appreciate your professionalism!

Made a Nissan Murano Emergency Key from my VIN. I didn’t have a key that he could copy. Was quick and accepted my own blank keys. Made an initial test key and gifted it to me. Was more reasonable than the dealerships I contacted. David and his apprentice were both super nice! They earned my future business.
