Guy on the phone was not patient at all. Luckily I didn’t need him and saved money. Just remember sir, you need US to make money. We can always find someone better and more respectful. In a rush, I locked my keys in my vehicle. I had a rough experience with another locksmith company, KeyMe Locksmith, who charged me $140 and never showed up. They turned out to be a scam.

However, Lock Keypers Locksmith Services came to my rescue. They arrived within 30 minutes, unlocked my car professionally, and, to my surprise, insisted on doing it for free given my earlier bad experience. Their kindness in a tough situation was truly appreciated.

Needed a locksmith for a business safe. The guy who answered the phone was very curt asked me to send pictures which I did, assuming he would looks at them as we were speaking. His response was I will look at them and hung up! I called back a couple days later, no response left a voicemail to either confirm he could help me. I was very polite….no response.
I’ve been in customer service a better part of my life and nowhere is this good customer service! If he didn’t want my business he should have just said so. I don’t need it now

It’s cold and after midnight. Just pumped gas then got back in and car wouldn’t start. I called roadside assistance and they sent a very nice young man. I was surprised to see a pop a lock vehicle. But he was very fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I figured give it a try. I ordered three house keys on my first order. All worked which is surprising because I’ve had issues in the past with keys often not working. Then I thought why not give it a try for a car I recently got that came with one key. Much to my surprise it worked like the one I got when I got the car. I’ve bought 4 keys in two orders one of which was an engraved type key and spent less than $60. My car key alone would have cost more than that at the dealership. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone.
