I am extremely happy with the service provided by this company. Nick, the technician, arrived early at my house, which was a bonus, and was able to create and program a duplicate for my lost OEM car key in 15 minutes on site. He was polite and very respectful of both myself and my property. I initially spoke with Jim the owner who delivered on his assurance of delivery of a brand new cut and programmed key because I had never used a mobile sevice before. They worked seamlessly with my AAA with no problems whatsoever so I could receive my full discount. I would highly recommend this company for an affordable and convenient option for replacement of lost keys. Skip the trip to the dealer, the high price, the wait time, and give them a call!

Called through the what looked like a local number ended up being a telephone service number across the country put in my ZIP Code sent me to somebody . They answer. Asked me where my key was locked at in my car and my address. had to spell out my address, he couldn’t understand what I was saying. And I couldn’t understand him. Never asked my name, never asked for my phone number, never gave me his name, never gave me his phone number. never told me who he works for just said it’ll be 55 minutes and hung up. I immediately need to call back and cancel because I found somebody faster and cheaper that I know personally. Immediately. But he never gave me a phone number so the only phone number I have is the telephone service that I originally called him through. I called them told him what was going on. They looked at my phone number that he never asked for and said I have no work order he never put a work order in for me so they cannot cancel. so they send me to him through a transfer that doesn’t work. I did this five times. I finally got frustrated and told him that he shows up I’m not paying for it and they told me that it was fine. I didn’t have to because he should’ve got my name and my phone number and he should’ve made a work order so he has done no services for me. I don’t have to give him any money and if he gives me any trouble to call them back. Right after hanging up with them, he text me this has been 40 minutes after I originally talked to him. He sent me a text message to tell me he will be there in another 30 minutes instead of 55 like he originally said. I told him that I have been trying to get in contact with him and I have been trying to cancel because I do not need his services anymore and I’ve been on the phone with the company for 40 minutes and they said that he did not put an order for me and I don’t need his services anymore. He did not like this. I now have 23 text messages from him, saying all kinds of things calling me stupid, telling me I’m a bad person, The caramel will get me and that he will see me in court. I asked him multiple times to stop messaging me. He told me he was still gonna come after I canceled and I kept telling him to cancel cancel cancel and he just kept texting me. I tried to call the company back to report it. They seem to not know who to report to and ended up sending me right back to him. He then pretended to not be him and be somebody else told me he was the manager, and that he “listened to the phone call” And then started to repeat right back what he said in text messages. I asked for the owners information instead he kept trying to tell me that I was wrong yelling at me and I finally said I was going to call the cops for harassment because I now have his name (supposedly) I have his phone number and the company he works for and hung up. I think he has stopped harassing me, but I am scared to know that he has my address and my phone number. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business in my life just don’t do it, especially in the niles area! you might get him and there is no to report this to. No one seems to care. Super unprofessional!!!!!!
