My son needed a key made for his motorcycle. When we called them, they said if we could bring it in on Thursday night, they could get to it by the weekend. We dropped it off on Thursday night and, Friday the next morning they called and said it was ready. The key worked for the ignition and all of the locks. The price was significantly less than replacing all of the locks and ignition. I would recommend these guys 10 times over. The customer service was amazing and they were extremely informative.

No stars if possible. Called about needed help with a vehicle key at 6am. Said he could do it but needed to wait for GM to open at 9am. 9am comes and goes with no message, no call. Try to text him and no answer. 10 am now 4 hours later and still nothing. Finally called a different company to come out. Sent him a message letting him know issue is taken care of. IMMEDIATELY he texts back “okay thank you” but nothing when help was needed. Don’t use this service.

The Locksmith shop rekeyed our facility to multiple zones, taking my key ring from seven individual keys to one key. CALL A DEALERSHIP!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Had an emergency during a CP visit. Service rep Dan who was super friendly came out. He asked us about our fob, we told him we knew we had remote start but werent sure how many buttons were in the fob. He presented a fob that looked like mine and asked if it looked the same. I told him it looked similar but I wasnt 100% sure if it was correct, I thought so but wasnt sure. Just losing our keys had me rattled as you can imagine so I was panicked. He tried programming the fob and had issues with getting the car to recognize the key. The car wouldn’t recognize the fob but would allow it to drive the car if the fob was placed into the programming slot. He told us to drive it home and stop at the shop to have it fixed the next day. I asked if we could pay after we stopped and had it fixed at the shop and he said he needed payment today and not to worry shout tomorrow. I just came to the shop and they want another $275 to get me a fob that will lock my car and be recognized to drive it. I do not have another $275 after paying $400 yesterday. I acknowledge that I said I THOUGHT the fob looked the same, but they are failing to acknowledge that they told me it would be taken care of today and that their employee programmed the fob without knowing 100% that it was the correct fob. SHOP ACKNOWLEDGED I SAID I WASN’T SURE! They told me because they already programmed the one fob, they can’t erase it and use it again… well they could but they would need 2 of the correct fobs in stock, which they do not have, and I would still have to pay for a second key fob. Avoid this place and take it to the dealership where they know FOR SURE what they are doing to your car. Very shady practices.

Locked my keys in my car I understand it’s a me problem but when someone calls for help in Sub below temperatures and they’re stuck outside you would think you would be more kind. We lost our keyfob to our car he ordered us a new one and came and programmed it the next night. Super nice guy! The key he ordered wasn’t working as it should. He ordered a new one and came and programmed that one. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process!! I highly recommend him!!

Way overpriced sold me a single one piece mailbox lock old and very used for $21 dollars… Lowe’s had a brand new mailbox lock with several interchangeable brackets a nut and washer…. $8 !!!! This locksmith should not be your go-to. My first experience is bad one….. They refused to let me look at several different mailbox locks he said there were too many but he could have brought out a handful and let me take a look. But all he did was bring me out one and said oh…. If this doesn’t work bring it back …… Ok great…. good…… Only problem is …. Is that when I returned the very next day ( because he sold me the wrong size) he has a hand written sign on the door stating “Sorry we are closed….. Call orders only”….. And to top it off they are closed Friday and the entire weekend!!!!! Wow what a business. I get that they are elderly and probably well respected in the area. But something’s got to give with a business that does not operate with the customer service in mind….. Closing up shop on a day you are scheduled to be open…… With a already super short open schedule for the rest of the week!!! Wow!! Overpriced…. And and super inconvenient and definitely not with the customer in mind. I will NOT be coming back here again. Oh…. To copy one Key….. $10 dollars!!!! Everywhere else 2-3 dollars!!!!! Rip-off!!!
