After loosing my key and being far from home with no locksmiths in my area willing to help, Ed was the only one willing to come help me! He was fast, kind, and had exceptional customer service! After having a bad day loosing my key and being stuck in the middle of a storm, he made me a new key for my ignition and showed nothing but pure helpfulness and happy to help! He drove well out of his way for me! He worked out in the rain and wind with no complaints. Would recommend Ed’s Lock over and over again! Was also very helpful being able to call and talk to a real human instead of a robot or automatic messages. He took pride and integrity in his work, hope to not need another key soon, but I will absolutely call Ed’s Lock if I do, more than happy to support him and his business!

When the key came out it looked like it wouldn’t work but it did work and it worked better than the main key and I also got a cool lighting designed

Their locksmith services are a straightup scam that preys on people who are panicking and locked out of their vehicle. Do not use them. My experience was that they required me to give my payment info and like a panicking idiot, I agreed. Only after that did they say that if I cancel there’s an $80 fee. 10 minutes later, they cancel my service. I want to make it very clear. I did not cancel my call. I was still locked out of my car. I only found out because I was bored out of my mind watching the tracker thing and saw it was canceled. I reached out. They said nothing. Then they charged me.

Let me reiterate this for all, do not use them for lockouts. And don’t give payment info first. They will scam you out of your money.
