These guys saved my butt. We somehow locked both our key fobs in our Volkswagen Beetle. The lack of molding between the windows made it impossible for even the police to break in. The cop recommended we call Craleys. There aren’t many locksmiths with the skills to pick a lock like that, especially one that had never been used – we’ve never used the manual key because of the electronic locks. Jim had the patience and the skill to work at it in the rain until the job was done, getting us into our car when nobody else could do it. Highly recommend.

The key worked. No issues, just pricey compared to a hardware store. Plus why should I need to pay an extra 2.99 for a more accurate key cut? It literally admits that it will do a worse job if you don’t pay them extra money. Scummy feature iny opinion. I opted out of the upcharge and the key still worked fine. I still don’t understand why you would advertise that your machine will give you a sloppy cut unless you pay more. In the end, my key worked fine. Just a slimy marketing tactic

I received a call to inform me when the tech would arrive. Got a another call and text when he was 15 minutes away . The text showed a picture and the name of the technician. He arrived on time, and in a company marked vehicle. He was polite, professional and prompt with the repair.

We had a car that would not start. Joe was dispatched to assist through AAA. Joe was very professional and tested the battery, ran diagnostics and found the problem. He switched out the old battery and ran some more tests. Joe was very friendly and respectful. He was excellent and I highly recommend Joe and this company.

The buttons on my car keys have been broken since I basically got the car back in january. I was so tired of going to my car and hearing the loud alarms and found this wonderful company who was able to get my new car keys. They work wonderful and it took less than an hour for them to service me. I’m so grateful you don’t understand lol.

Solid service – I was connected with the locksmith immediately upon calling, and they arrived in under 15 minutes for service at my location on a Sunday morning. The locksmith was a Kind and courteous service provider. Pricing was on the high end of what I expected to pay and i was unexpectedly told there would be an added “service charge” fee at checkout, which was not communicated upfront. But, they were kind to negotiate when I was disappointed with the last-minute notice of the charge. Overall, worth the price for the quick, thorough service and a great relief from a stressful lockout situation. I’m very grateful for their service!

It was very very simple to use the rekey kiosk, I’d recommend it to anyone
