I had to have some drilling done to my front door to fit new door handle. The old entry door handle broke. The owner (Al) Inspected the parts that I took to the store and determined that replacement parts were not available, since old handle was no longer in production. We picked out a new entry door handle. He was very accommodating and took care of everything promptly within an hour. Everything works perfectly and I am perfectly satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Al was very courteous and very polite and very professional. The lock geek is a company that I will use again. They have my recommendation.

Had a key stuck inside my cars ignition. I am so happy I was directed to Mr. Lock. They are absolutely fantastic. Tyler was super helpful and professional. Was able to get the key out incredibly fast and ended up making us a new key on the spot. Will absolutely be returning if we ever need the services again!

I got locked out of my house. After dealing with a few scammers and people who lied to me, I was referred to Allied Lock and Key. The Technician, Will, showed up earlier than promised on his day off (a Saturday), tried to pick the lock, use spare keys to unlock it, but ultimately had to replace it. He replaced the lock in about 10 minutes total. Will was friendly and ultimately provided excellent service. I know where I am going from here on out for all key problems!!

We had a great experience today. Our 100 year-old locks had multiple issues and Kirk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently allowed us to watch him work while answering all of our questions and satisfying our curiosity about the cool old locks in our cool old home. He’s obviously passionate about what he does, and I enjoyed his visit. I will call again and ask for Kirk the next time a door gives us trouble.

We lost our key fob 350 miles from home we called the closest Suburu dealership who told us they could reprogram a new fob if we had our car towed to them. We paid 350.00 to tow the car to their location only to be told ” it will take 2 weeks”. Stranded and extremely frustrated we took a chance and called KeyMe locksmith. Nick arrived 30 minutes later and had us up and running with a new fob (and some good bourbon recommendations).

Joseph Suburu in Florence, KY flat out LIED, cost $350 for an unnecessary tow, only to pull a bait and switch which would have cost $800.00 and 2 weeks time!

Wildly expensive for keys. They charge an extra fee to remove metal shavings. I’ll definitely avoid these in the future, and go to a locksmith or hardware store.
