I lost my keys and unfortunately could not find them. I called him and explained my situation. I only had a certain amount of money on me. He was nice and helped me out for what I had. I would highly recommend him! He was quick too.

The tech returned my call quickly, and quoted at LEAST $50. Once he arrived and opened the door in under 60 seconds, he reveals that the cost is over $300 after tax. If you decide you don’t want to pay, an $85 dispatch fee is requested and then they want to LOCK THE KEY BACK in the car because the dispatch fee is not the service fee. I was trying to beat a quote from another business that $130-$160 (which I should have taken, in hindsight).

Long story short, this business is playing a dangerous game with price gouging, and deceptive pricing. At the end of the day though, I got my key and did not pay $300+. Be safe.

Driver / Owner of the company cut me off on the highway, and gave me the finger when I honked. He almost caused an accident and has the audacity to curse at me when I call to complain. If this is the level of professionalism he carries with him at work, I would avoid any service from this guy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We called in for an emergency service. My friend was house sitting while we were on vacation and accidentally locked herself out. This was during the artic blast with temperatures dipping into the negatives. We wanted to get her back in as quickly as possible so she wouldn’t freeze, but this company quoted us $1,000 to unlock the backdoor. I understand it was an emergency late night service, but for that amount we could have just had her break a window to get in immediately and had the window replaced for less. Absolutely unrealistic and unreasonable pricing.

In addition, my friend attempted calling other “lock smiths” in our area and she was routed back to the same attendant at this company that gave the initial quote. He then berated her on the phone and told her that if she “doesn’t want to pay she can freeze.”

I am beyond words disgusted by this abhorrent behavior. Avoid this company at all costs!

Also, after a few more calls we were able to find a locksmith that came out within 20 minutes and got the door unlocked for $175. They were fantastic and understood the urgency of the situation.

I went in there to get the key made. I put it in my purse when I went to unlock the door that I had got the key for it would not turn to unlock the door so I go onto your little link to get a refund for the key it asked for my ID number and it asked for all this information. I opened my text message from my number where I got this link And that link but conveniently when I went to get a refund, they couldn’t find a number out link under that number it’s pretty convenient that you can send me this link and that link. Key but when it’s time to get a refund, I’m not found in the system
