The key works great! Only thing is that I thought it was a bit pricey for one key when I could have gotten it for half the price somewhere else! Otherwise it was fast and easy to use.

We had an amazing experience with Jay and Fred. They were both very knowledgeable and I appreciated how quick they were able to get to us. We had two exterior door knobs replaced and a deadbolt installed. I thought pricing was fair and they were in and out! Would definitely recommend!

I am extremely happy with the service provided by this company. Nick, the technician, arrived early at my house, which was a bonus, and was able to create and program a duplicate for my lost OEM car key in 15 minutes on site. He was polite and very respectful of both myself and my property. I initially spoke with Jim the owner who delivered on his assurance of delivery of a brand new cut and programmed key because I had never used a mobile sevice before. They worked seamlessly with my AAA with no problems whatsoever so I could receive my full discount. I would highly recommend this company for an affordable and convenient option for replacement of lost keys. Skip the trip to the dealer, the high price, the wait time, and give them a call!

Keys work fine, but….
More than double the cost of my neighborhood locksmith. They make you enter your phone number and ask to remember the key. A little disturbing that this much personal info is out there linked to potentially whatever is behind locked doors.

Fantastic business! I was under the impression my 2004 Toyota required a chip key so to try and save a few dollars I bought a blank online and was going to have these guys cut and program it instead of going to a dealer. The employee identified I did NOT need a chip key at all and was happy to duplicate to key for me. Fast service, honest employees, and great prices. I’ll recommend the to anyone.

I didn’t actually get the work I needed done today, but the technician who visited suggested a plan for the work that would be much more workable for me in the long run. So while it will take a little more time, eventually I will have a much better solution. I just wish that those options had been presented when I made the appointment, which would have saved us both some time.

I had three keys made. Only one worked and it had to be jiggled. I took the other two back, got a refund, and had two more made. They didn’t work, either. The store guy said it might be the lock, but my original key works easily in it. I went to a place using a different machine, and had 3 made, which did work.
