Charity was an absolute delight to work with. I was having some issues installing a deadbolt and she sent Domingo over within an hour of me calling her. He was able to quickly increase the size of my deadbolt hole on my ancient door and assist me with getting a new smart lock installed. The technician who came out to help me get back into my house after I foolishly locked myself out was very kind, patient, and professional. He helped me out and I am very thankful for that. I won’t pretend it was cheap, but part of what made it expensive was that I myself broke my latch trying to force the door open, so, again, I only have myself to blame. The door latch is now much smoother and more secure than it ever was. So I try to view that as my silver lining!

Please read to save yourself! This company is nothing but random dudes with drills, hired them to do a lockout, they didn’t even try to open the lock. This was a $1,000 handle set that any actual locksmith would know you can’t drill out. Drilled it, DRILLED THROUGH MY DOOR AND THEN KICKED IT IN. Then brought us the wrong part and proceeded to try to charge us $260 and wouldn’t leave till we gave them money! Not to mention didn’t even verify my identity or proof of residency

Solid service – I was connected with the locksmith immediately upon calling, and they arrived in under 15 minutes for service at my location on a Sunday morning. The locksmith was a Kind and courteous service provider. Pricing was on the high end of what I expected to pay and i was unexpectedly told there would be an added “service charge” fee at checkout, which was not communicated upfront. But, they were kind to negotiate when I was disappointed with the last-minute notice of the charge. Overall, worth the price for the quick, thorough service and a great relief from a stressful lockout situation. I’m very grateful for their service!

Unfortunately , our experience with this company was extremely negative. We were quoted $220 to have Locksmith cut ONE key and program. The technician was a nice enough guy, but there was a language barrier. Instead of cutting ONE key he cut 2 and charged $505.00. We told them we only wanted ONE key at the price we were quoted. They refused to honor their quote. What makes it worse the second key doesn’t even work. Adding salt to the wound, they broke our key assembly. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.
