No stars if possible. Called about needed help with a vehicle key at 6am. Said he could do it but needed to wait for GM to open at 9am. 9am comes and goes with no message, no call. Try to text him and no answer. 10 am now 4 hours later and still nothing. Finally called a different company to come out. Sent him a message letting him know issue is taken care of. IMMEDIATELY he texts back “okay thank you” but nothing when help was needed. Don’t use this service.

Quite honestly, the service we received from Golden Bear was incredible! They went of their way to fit us into their schedule. Mike was a magician in evaluating our problem and gettting it fixed quickly. On top of that, his patience and friendliness were very professional!

I had 3 keys made from one of your kiosks and they did not work in the door. I have the original key and that is what I used to have these keys made. The original key works just fine. I wasted over $16 getting keys made!

I looked at their website and they looked like a local brick and mortar company. I scheduled service with them and they dispatched a completely different company. I waited for forty five minutes for the tech to show up after they confirmed my appointment. I called them back and they said he was gonna be another twenty minutes so I canceled. What a waste of my lunch hour.

The convenience of this was super great. However, I think the kiosk I used was not quite calibrated. I ordered 3 keys and all fit into my lock; however, none of them actually function to lock/unlock my door. It was a waste of $20.

to be honest, it seemed odd to me to have the kiosk order me a key using only a scan of my key as a cutting template but literally no one else had a blank (30+ year old car) so I was willing to give it a go. Got the key in the mail today and it works! Color me shocked and quite happy with this. Well done!

Easy and convenient… A bit pricey but not out of line for $9.99 total for duplicate house key with trendy painted design on it. This duplicate key cutting machine is located conveniently inside out local (Wooster, OH) Walmart, which stays open until 11pm every night and opens back up at 6am i do believe. The only thing i found that wasnt positive about the entire experience was the price was a bit more than i had anticipated for one duplicate house key to be made, but what isn’t expensive or straight up out of line in price these days anyway? On a positive note, it wasnt out of line, it was just a bit more than i thought it would be…. besides they had a nice trendy & boldly painted polka dot design i chose for my key & i have found the convenience of easily locating my key, especially in low light situations, helpful and nice &, in fact, well worth the extra few dollars i didnt expect to paid for it!

I will also note that the machine advertised while my key was beint cut…. that they also make duplicate key fobs & car keys which they guaranteed would cost less than the dealership’s pricing! I dont know what that price is bcuz my car’s make, model, and year was unavailable at this time. But said to check back soon and they may have it.

Nonetheless, when i arrived home and tried my new duplicate key out in the lock, it worked perfectly fine! Which is NOT always the case depending upon who cuts it and how well they know what they are doing….js! It made a duplicate that worked for me the very first time! I didnt hand my key to a stranger, i got to oversee the entire process myself and i liked those aspects of this machine as well as the product and the fact it worked the first time upon using it. Overall i think it was an efficient and wonderful service they provide to me. Thanks! 🔑❤️🔑
