Try teaching your drivers some basic driving laws. I saw your truck at rural king in Maysville Kentucky pull up beside a car while an elderly man with a broken leg was walking across the walk and bullied on by . Could have easily caused an accident

I had a residential lock upgrade, and they did a fantastic job! The locksmiths were thorough, explaining the features of the new lock and ensuring it was installed perfectly. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to quality.

Not sure what kind of scam they are running. I called to get a quote, was told a technician would contact me shortly. I waited 3 hours called back and was told I needed to have a credit card on file because the technician was already there had made a key and I refused to pay. Nobody was ever here, nobody ever called with a quote. I had to call back 4 times and finally the technician left a note saying $350. So glad they acted the way they did because they made look at other places and got it done for $215.

Honestly I only have it one star cause I had to give it something to rate it. I guess you could say the keys looked amazing, I spent over 20$ buying 3 keys and they made all of them look like they would work if it wasn’t for the fact the keys they gave me were shorter. So now I have 3 keys that don’t open my front door. Thx 😒

Lockout was too expensive but tech was cool. I’m mostly here to give 1 star because I now get spam calls every 2 hours. Clearly they leaked my number. I called them yesterday and no one else.

If we could give less than one star, we would.

On Thursday night we called this company. They told us they would meet us at our car at 7:30. At 7:30 someone called from the company, saying they would be there at 8:00. At 8:00, we were told the service would take one hour. At 8:30, we decided to check in and see if the keys were almost done being made. The technician said “this is a lot harder than I thought. I have to go to Home Depot to get a tool.” When he got back, he told us it would now be “2-3” more hours. After killing the battery on our car and making the keys he was finally able to get the keys to work at 1:30 am. He decided to up the price on us based on what he originally said. He also told us he did not carry a business card and said that we should only pay in cash. We were safely on our way home at 1:30 am!

The next day when we went to visit family, the car would not start with either of the keys we bought from this company. When we called the tech, he told us it was now a problem with the truck and not with the keys.

After trying the keys for 45 minutes, we were able to get one of them to work to take the truck to the Chevy dealer. The Chevy dealers told us they would fix the keys for us. They weren’t able to fix the keys, because the coding was completly wrong. We are thankful for the Chevy dealers on Ogden for giving us a new key so that we could drive our car. Since then, there have been no issues. We called this company back, notifying them that neither of keys worked and that they could have them back. First, we were told that they would give us some money back. We asked for a full refund based on their 100% money back guarantee. Later, we were told no refund would happen.

Please, before you hire this company, do your research. If you are needing new car keys, I highly recommend going to your car dealer and not through them.

Updates as of June 10th: I saw that the owner posted a comment on this review apologizing and saying they would wish to resolve the issue. I contacted the company and asked to speak to a manger. They said there was no manager there. I asked the call lady why there was no follow up with us after we asked her to resend another proposal for a refund. She just said she spoke to management about this and that there was nothing she could do. I asked her why we couldn’t get refunded for the car keys that don’t work, and she said because their company provided us with a service. She said that it’s company policy that if the service doesn’t work, that customers are expected to call back and give their technicians another opportunity to make it right. I asked her what the service was that they provided and she said “the drive to your location.” I noted that nobody pays $650 for someone to drive to them. I asked her “why would we give the technician another opportunity to make it right when he suggested it was something wrong with our car and not with the keys?” Also, I asked her “why we would give him another opportunity when he originally told us it would take 1 hour and ended up taking 6?” She did not have an answer to this and just noted that this was company policy. I asked her where it said on their website that it’s company policy to ask your technician to come back again if they do something wrong the first time. She said there was nothing she could do for us at this time.

It doesn’t seem like they’re trying to resolve the issue at stake. The company has had an opportunity to make this right and has failed to so. Again, if you’re looking for a reliable company that goes by what they advertise and that upholds to their 100% money back guarantee do not go through them. It’s not worth the hassle.

The three keys machine made didn’t work and, in fact, it was readily apparent when the first one dropped out of machine they may have been missed cut because it was missing a pretty clear “ridge” in the pattern. The Walmart I made them at in Batavia is 40 miles from our apartment, so it took me a couple days to get here.

The result is it’s lucky. I didn’t rely on the new keys and kept the original with me for this trip or I would’ve been locked out. Pretty poor experience. How do I get my money back?

We had a great experience today. Our 100 year-old locks had multiple issues and Kirk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently allowed us to watch him work while answering all of our questions and satisfying our curiosity about the cool old locks in our cool old home. He’s obviously passionate about what he does, and I enjoyed his visit. I will call again and ask for Kirk the next time a door gives us trouble.

Very prompt – they came quickly and were kind. Easy to work with. Definitely ask for pricing before they come. They charged me over $400 for opening and reinstalling a pantry door handle which took them only 10 mins.

Not happy. I used the KeyMe Locksmith kiosk at my local Walmart to get 3 new house keys made. I needed them done asap so I was excited to see a kiosk right when I walked in the door. I paid $21 for 3 keys. I get home, and none of them will even work. So disappointed and now it left me scrambling to find somewhere convenient to cut me a spare key. Will not be using them again.

It works just fine, but u may have some metal flakes on the key afterwards and you might have to wiggle they new key around in your lock to open it unless you spend extra to get a “smoother cut” key.
