I had an urgent need to change my locks on 4 doors on a Sunday. I started making calls on Sunday morning and unlike many others I tried to contact Jerry actually answered the phone. Amazing!! Jerry heard me about my need, proposed a solution over the phone that I didn’t even know existed, quoted a fair price even with the weekend emergency premium, and showed up about an hour later as he committed. He was professional, courteous and expedient and did exactly what he said he would do at the price he quoted. . Work and business ethics of a bygone era. I can say with all due confidence, call him first and I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him again.

I happen to notice the kiosk in Walmart and decided spur of the moment to make a duplicate of a key. I was impressed with the quality and the swiftness of the key making. As well as the options! I was able to get a New York Yankees key and I ended up making three keys because they had a special buy two get one free! The price was reasonable, and I plan to go back and have more keys duplicated. Additionally, when testing the newly made keys, they all work to perfection! would highly recommend using this service!

I got locked out of my car in early November when I was out running errands and my key stopped working. I called Nassau’s Best to use their services around 7pm in the middle of the week. I received a call from dispatch in just 5 minutes telling me somebody is on their way. A man came around 7:45pm, I believe his name was Giorgio or Giorgis. The process of creating and programming did take a little bit longer than I expected (about 2 hours) but I was just so grateful I was able to get my key replaced, get into my car, and start it, that it was worth it in the end, especially because the new key works flawlessly.

My previous key was made by a different local locksmith, and it was a terrible copy, a poorly functioning key since I received it a year ago after the original car key broke from the housing. The new key that Nassau’s Best made works like the original in the two months that I’ve had it. I was also given a plain key with no fob/buttons as a backup, which is quite useful to have. If I recall correctly, total cost was around $190 to create a new key (from the ignition, I believe) and program it.

I must add that I was alone when I got locked out of my car, and as a woman, I never once felt unsafe around the man working on my key/car. He was very polite and diligent. He did an excellent job, and I’d highly recommend Nassau’s Best.
