I called Leland and he was indisposed due to surgery. He walked me through both locks I was having trouble with and fixed both of them. He spent 1/2 hour on the phone with me. He was a true gentleman and a very nice person. The world needs more people like Leland. I highly recommend you use his services. You will be very pleased with his services and his personality. He did not charge me anything.

Out of nowhere the plastic shell for my Honda keyfob decided to crack in half and the key blade itself was holding on for dear life. The dealership/stealership quoted almost $400 for a replacement. I found Lance’s shop after a Google search and very happy I did. Lance advised he would have to order my specific key fob and he needed a couple of days to order. Came back a few days later and was pleased to get the replacement key for a quarter of the price. By the way, I was also impressed with his professionalism and patience in answering all my “dumb questions”. Highest of recommendations!

Needed 2 sets of keys copied. Two sets copied 1 copy worked perfectly 1 set not so much.
Returned non working set to store a different worker re worked the keys, they still didn’t work.
I returned a few days later Amer said he would cut a new set but he was out of the blank needed to recut the keys. He told me they were on order. Finally got my new set of keys cut today. Amer was always polite and accommodating. Yes, this set work perfectly. Thank you Amer.

To Andrew who works for Driscoll lock smiths. I want you to know from the time you pulled on to my driveway to the finishing touches you used to repair and re install and leveled the door locks and dead bolts to my house you sir came across as a true professional from start to finish. Today we came to Dash Lock and Key to replace two car keys for Anthony’s truck. Jackie took great care of us. She told us it would take about 30 minutes, but she finished in less than 20!
