I locked myself out of my car in the Costco parking lot and had no idea what to do. Someone suggested Rockland Locksmith, and I’m so glad they did.

Since I had left everything inside my car, a kind Costco employee let me use her phone to call for help. The owner of Rockland Locksmith arrived in his van in just 7 minutes. Not only did he quickly unlock my car, but he also made me a copy of my Fiat key that looks exactly like the original.

He was professional, patient, prompt, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive one thanks to his excellent service. I would definitely use Rockland Locksmith again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable locksmith.

Absolutely 10/10 service.

I was in a tight spot and needed a key remade for my 2023 Toyota Camry at the last minute, and this guy truly came through. Despite traffic and time constraints, he showed up quickly and handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.

Our experience was exceptional and the staff was amazing!! Every question answered and we were put at ease as we came in very worried. The key turned out great and works well. I wish there were more options to choose from and that the machine had a smart pay feature but 1st world problem complaint.

After taking money upfront, took 30 minutes to tell me their guys aren’t picking up the phone and need to give money back. Having a third party complicates this type of service. I would recommend going direct, it’s also cheaper.

I’m not gonna lie. This review was gonna start out rough so take a minute to keep reading and you’ll understand why he got five stars. I’m gonna be politically correct and say “we” lost the key to our 2009 Mazda 5. Yes I’m married, lol, That being the only key the car was useless. We called stat locksmith and understand that they can’t get there immediately. We had faith that Mike would show up. Well by the end of the day, Mike did show up once he got our contact information. he was quick to work on getting the car FOB programmed. Seemed like it only less than 15 minutes and we hear the car start. Wepa!! It was a sound you love to hear. So in the end this service is a great benefit rather than having your car towed to a dealer the problem was solved in my driveway. Gracias por todos.
