Extremely fast and friendly! Called at 9:10 and arrived within an hour to cut a new key and my son misplaced it. I also ordered a new fob, it arrived in a day and took them less than 15 minutes to program.

Beautiful store front, clean and meticulously organized. They had everything I needed from auto/home lock mechanisms, bicycles, and safes. 10/10 I’ll use them every time.

Fantastic service!!
Had a safe we could not access, they came out next day and got it opened in less that 30 minutes!! Also made suggestions on how to update/upgrade the safe to make sure we don’t get locked out again. Highly recommend this company!!

Went here to have a key copied. It said they were open but the door was locked. Went next door like the sign on the door said to and finally got some service. The first key they made me did not work. Went back to get it replaced. Before I left I held the original key up next to the copy and noticed the copy was thicker. I brought this to the guys attention and he assured me it was fine. Needless to say it didn’t work. I went back for the third time. The guy got an unprovoked attitude with me. I saw a whole lock assembly hanging on the wall that would have worked on my garage door. I asked him how much for that planning on buying the assembly and just replacing the whole lock. The guy threw the money I had paid for the keys that didn’t work on the counter and just walked away with an even worse attitude. I highly recommend avoiding this place by all means. They turned a simple key copy into three wasted trips and no results.
