Fantastic company! Everyone was extremely helpful, from contacting them to getting the job done. I had a complicated vault opening. At least that is what everyone else I called said. It took Scott only 10 minutes to open! He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to open the safe so it doesn’t happen again. I am incredibly grateful!

Brought a work machine over that had a locked back plate. The gentleman behind the counter was fantastic. Was able to extract the broken key and make us three new ones. Definitely will come back for any future lock smith needs.

The key I ordered at the kiosk was not what I received, I ordered an ignitiin key with key fob incorporated and received ordinary spare key with no key fob even though the machine led me to believe I was getting the latter. Very dissaponted!

Easy to use. Only issues I had were the keys feel a little flimsy. I’m afraid they’ll break cause of that. They ALL work perfectly in lock. When they came out they were a little burred but running a quick file over the side took that off. Besides that the machine was quick. Easy to use. And the selection for a 2 foot by 4 foot machine was not terrible. Got cute little polka dot ones for my wife. I would use this machine again in a pinch. 7-11 really is a CONVENIENT store.

The owner/locksmith was wonderful! I had gone to 3 previous key places to copy an old dead bolt key. None of them could make the key. The last location sent me to “Able Lock Shop.” Guess what? “Able Lock Shop made 2 copies for me in less than 10 minutes!”
They are the best!!

I needed my front and back door locks changed asap! Of course I called them to do the job since they had done excellent work for me previously. Martin, the technician arrived in less than an hour! A total of 8 cylinders had to be changed along with new keys.
Martin was patient, pleasant, and answered all my questions. He did an A+ professional job and I am very happy and appreciative!
