Made an appointment with Red Key after Joe at Daryll’s Car Audio highly recommended them, because no one else was able to make a copy of my 2022 Nissan Rouge SV other than spending an insane amount of money at the dealership. I stepped in to be greeted by the friendliest white dog, and a warm welcome by the gentleman who just finished with another customer. I forgot the gentleman’s but he immediately took care of me, making me (2) key fobs (I decided to get two) it was a fast process. I will now go to Red Key from now on from any key I may need in the future, simply because the customer service was amazing!!!!

I wanted to give zero stars. I scheduled service a week in advance but the company was a no-show. I called and they admitted I was on their schedule but they forgot me! Disappointing given all their five star reviews. 🙁
