Fantastic company! Everyone was extremely helpful, from contacting them to getting the job done. I had a complicated vault opening. At least that is what everyone else I called said. It took Scott only 10 minutes to open! He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to open the safe so it doesn’t happen again. I am incredibly grateful!

Well, I think the keys are expensive to begin with, but when I had two keys cut, they got stuck and wouldn’t slide out. They need to be fixed so they don’t get stuck anymore.

I had a great experience with Dave the locksmith. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was very responsive from the start. He arrived quickly and the service was fast and efficient.

He quickly reprogrammed our car key after which we found the lost car key. Dave didn’t just wrap things up and leave — he took the extra time to reprogram the second key to make sure everything was working perfectly.

I’m 72 first time user and found the directions a little confusing. I ended up getting 3 keys when I only needed 1 and paid for 2. All 3 keys worked very well right from the start. I will buy Minute Keys when I need more keys. After the confusion left, A Good experience.
