I ordered a rare Spyderco and had a very pleasant experience. The packaging was excellent, very secure. Shipping quick with no issues. Employee Hope included a Thank You card, candy, gum, pen, and a grip of stickers. As an OG in the EDC community, I can’t express enough gratitude for the extra effort, and thoughts behind the free swag. In a sea of mediocre, Fradon Lock rises above.

The guy I dealt with in person was helpful on the other hand I was told with confidence that the specific key I needed could be ordered and that it would be about two days. After nearly a week I called and spoke with a different individual to check the status and was told I’ll check and call you back. 2 days later still no call……….
