I called Leland and he was indisposed due to surgery. He walked me through both locks I was having trouble with and fixed both of them. He spent 1/2 hour on the phone with me. He was a true gentleman and a very nice person. The world needs more people like Leland. I highly recommend you use his services. You will be very pleased with his services and his personality. He did not charge me anything.

John was a lifesaver! A month or so ago I had lost my original keys to a restoration project Jeep that I grew up in. After calling multiple dealerships and locksmiths, another locksmith referred me to him. He explained to me the different ways in which he could make a key and the time and costs involved. He was able to find the key code and cuts needed to make me 3 copies and quoted me a fair price. He even gave me the information I needed to cut more keys in the off chance I should ever lose all my keys again. Out of nowhere the plastic shell for my Honda keyfob decided to crack in half and the key blade itself was holding on for dear life. The dealership/stealership quoted almost $400 for a replacement. I found Lance’s shop after a Google search and very happy I did. Lance advised he would have to order my specific key fob and he needed a couple of days to order. Came back a few days later and was pleased to get the replacement key for a quarter of the price. By the way, I was also impressed with his professionalism and patience in answering all my “dumb questions”. Highest of recommendations!

I lost all my keys to my truck and called Dutchess Lock and repair service . Jarnail answer the phone and was able to make it out to me in no time. He will not only to make and program me a key. He set me up with an awesome new flip key remote. Definitely a big upgrade for my old beat up remote. Great price, great customer service. Will definitely recommend
