I’ve done business with Mangione Locksmiths three times now. Twice for an old safe that kept locking itself and a rekey of all the doors for a store opening. The owner and his staff were absolute professionals. They went out of there way to provide quick service at an extremely fair price. I highly recommend them for all residential and commercial lock issues.

They are great needed a key made for a used car that only came with 1 key. They needed 50% to buy the key fob i explained that I live 50 mins away and a wonderful customer of there’s said to call he placed my order once he talked to the person who sent me said he would let me sild with the 50 % down. I went a week later and had the key made in no time. Great guys. Thanks.

It was convenient as I was already going there. Unfortunately I got home and all three keys wouldn’t turn, in two identical locks (the original key works in both). If there was even a way to consistently maneuver the new key so it works (such as pulling up), I would be ok with it, but no luck after many attempts. I did compare the new keys to the original while in the store, and they look much sharper and the key pattern seems the same, but as a whole seems slightly shorter (length wise) which I would guess is the issue. I didn’t try “high performance cut” as it cost extra and seemed to change the key shape drastically in the preview.

The online refund process was easy but will wait and see if I actually get it. I recommend going out of your way for a different kiosk, or preferably a local business operated by humans (understanding that you should plan ahead as this may not be quick).

Had to copy a key to my house after work on a Monday…it was 4:13 and I debated calling – especially after reading some of these reviews and reviews for many other locksmiths in the area – but my sister recommended this place so I had to give it a chance. Randy picked up the phone and was polite and gave me the green light to come in and see if my key could be copied, even though they were closing soon. They can copy keys within minutes…it was seriously so fast, and Randy was very attentive to details and I was surprised by how affordable it was. I would never try to copy any key again at a little kiosk in Walmart or Home Depot (they all said they couldn’t copy my key for supply or other issues). I would come here again and would recommend anyone to go here at least to copy keys.

Josh was incredible! Very professional and knowledgeable about the historic doors and locks we have. I highly recommend this company. We had called another company come out initially and they weren’t able to help us. They recommended this company and I’m glad they did. We are super happy with the work and the service.

Josh was able to service the historic locks for us, he upgraded our deadbolt lock and he did it in great time.

From my experience these guys are the most affordable in the area. They know what they are doing and are eager to help. This is the kind of place that is building long term relationships with clients. Estimates are free so give them a call and see how affordable they are. I bought a lock for my suitcase.
