Here’s my story: The key fob for my car was cooked so I contacted this business to get a replacement. After I called to tell them what my availability was and where my car was at they had someone with the skills to solve my problem contact me to schedule a time for them to show up. Bro pulled up at the scheduled time, called me to tell me he had arrived, and got the job done. It was pretty quick. I think it took maybe 20 to 30 minutes to get it done once he arrived and I’m very satisfied with the results.

Helpful information: There’s no fee if you use Zelle so that is the recommended payment method. The guy offered me a deal which was if I were to buy 2 key fobs the second one would’ve been 50% off. That’s a good deal if you’re the type who likes to have 2 keys especially considering the fact that the dealerships tend to charge significantly more than businesses like this one. I only needed the one key fob so the quote I got was $300 before taxes. After taxes the total cost I paid using Zelle was $324.

If you need a new key fob for your motor vehicle and you need it today then this is a great option.

Went to our local Lowes to pick up a few items and have some keys made on their machine. Sign on their machine advised “OUT OF ORDER”. One of their employees pointed out your machine that was close by. Decided to take a chance and the (3) keys that I had requested were made by your machine and came out great! Would not hesitate using Minute Key again!

They also carry wide selection of keyfobs in store if you ever lose your keyfob. Good price. Good customer service

We were in Brockport, NY, at the Walmart, had to get 2 sets of keys. This kiosk was the only available option. First machine did not give a receipt. Second the keys did not work. Called the “service number” multiple times over the course of 3 days. I’ve yet to receive a call back. Checked my bank records and I was promptly charged for them. I put in a dispute with the bank. Don’t use them, find an actual locksmith.
