I appreciated the prompt and professional response when calling for service. I was given an estimate over the phone so I new ahead of time what the cost would be. I contacted them on Christmas day and they came thr next day was excellent there was an issue to the key being programmed so I couldn’t get the starter key but that’s on my car the thing is i paid well over 200 for just a reg key . That is alot but other than that the service was excellent and very appreciated

Made an appointment with Red Key after Joe at Daryll’s Car Audio highly recommended them, because no one else was able to make a copy of my 2022 Nissan Rouge SV other than spending an insane amount of money at the dealership. I stepped in to be greeted by the friendliest white dog, and a warm welcome by the gentleman who just finished with another customer. I forgot the gentleman’s but he immediately took care of me, making me (2) key fobs (I decided to get two) it was a fast process. I will now go to Red Key from now on from any key I may need in the future, simply because the customer service was amazing!!!!
