They were extremely prompt and pricing seemed fair. Keys with chips are expensive no matter where you go but to have someone drive up to our house in Spanish Springs, take 20min to reprogram the new key and a new fob and drive off was super convenient and very helpful!

He was also very communicative about when he would show up, how long it would take etc. and maintained those times!

Very good chance you can make another house key at this machine, but vehicle keys are getting more iffy, because they have the chip in and getting more unique.

Locked myself out of my car and gave them a call. Was able to book an appointment the same day even while they were short staffed. Corwin came out on his own and realized it was a very difficult vehicle to get into, and without extra charge came out the next day with an extra set of hands and got into my vehicle within a couple minutes. No damage to the vehicle, Both days had terrible weather conditions. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, and very affordable for the service.

Very easy to follow and therefore easy to program. Thanks 😊 my key was a Honda key fab so the new works paid a lot so glad it did. Kinda up there in price if you’re low income though.

They suck, I paid for the service of having a key made then they extra charge to complete the service which should already be included. The buffing to remove sharp edges should not be extra but included in finishing the job/service I paid to have done the keys were jagged and sharp which could possibly cause harm to your hands while using. I would never use this service again. The job should have been completed and not half way and then indiscreetly change more for finishing the job you paid for in the first place.

At one point in time, this was a good company, but now it has a new owner who answers the phone and tells you not to call him this early then hangs up on you. Good luck, sir you have lost our business for our resort!

I called around to find the best deal along with great ratings. I was also looking for someone who had a morning appointment since I had errands to run.

I ended up selecting Silver State since they were willing to work with me and could come right away. Mike came to my home and programmed some key fobs and cut the keys.

The only issue was that one key did not work at all and the other key got stuck but opened the door. He stated that the key material was not good quality which would have contributed to the issues were we having.

The Key Fobs worked fine and he threw in 2 batteries for me. The batteries that came with the FOB’s were no good after all.

I gave him a nice tip and let him know in the future if we needed his services we would be in touch.
