Great service overall! Ramos got here very quickly, he was very kind and professional. He also took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Made the whole locking myself out experience less stressful. Highly recommend.

Very Helpful n knowledgeable w th Vehicle security key n its’ procedure to reset car security if lost key. Don’t lose ur key. At lesst hav duplicate made of main vehicle key prior to losing it.

Danny is so wonderful. He has helped me twice now, and he couldn’t be more kind and professional. This last time, I was out of town when my daughter needed emergency service late on a Saturday night. He was so willing to help ensure her safety. So great that I had a picture to send my daughter so that she knew who was coming. He arrived quickly and was done is no time. I bought 2 new fobs online from a reputable seller (not Amazon), but needed them programmed and the keys cut while I was in Reno. Highly recommend! Friendly, professional, and thorough. We had them create a spare key fob for an older Audi our son bought. He had to do some extra work to make it happen, but he kept at it and are grateful to have another key for this car – saving us potentially a huge amount of money if he ever loses the original! Much much cheaper than the dealer. We very much appreciate this service!

I copied a basic house key and took the bait for the upcharge for a “smoother” key. It did not work. I went back to make another key without smooth teeth, that key didn’t work either. Total ripoff machine

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Andy’s Lock & Key was fantastic! I needed 4 keys made for the compactor at work. Home Depot couldn’t help me and told me Andy’s was the best in town, and that they were! They made sure to match the key and make a tester and told me to check it and ensure it was a match on our compactor before making 3 more. Then when I came back they were super fast making the other 3. Their service is top notch friendly and they will forever be my locksmith

I also overheard them quote a customer for a new FOB for their vehicle and their price was very reasonable. They also have a huge variety of keys for sale.
