Jake from Alpine Lock replaced an old lock and key with a keypad locking system on our front entry door. This was a complicated installation and Jake handled it with ease. Jake arrived on time and installed the upgrade with skill and professionalism. And it was $300 less than the original quote which was awesome! He also recommended High Sierra Custom Door to fix a weather stripping issue on the front door which was a high priority for us. Thank you Jake we love the new keypad on our front door it’s a real game changer!

My key in my car was able to slip out of the ignition while driving. I needed a new ignition in my car. After trying to contact one key and lock store and not getting an appointment time after explaining my issue I started looking for someone else. Came across this shop and all the reviews sounded great so I gave them a call. The next day my car was fixed quickly and at a fair price. The nice thing is I didn’t have to be without my car for the day. Very nice young men. Treated my kids nicely. And finished within 40 min. Everything works great. Would recommend.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Andy’s Lock & Key was fantastic! I needed 4 keys made for the compactor at work. Home Depot couldn’t help me and told me Andy’s was the best in town, and that they were! They made sure to match the key and make a tester and told me to check it and ensure it was a match on our compactor before making 3 more. Then when I came back they were super fast making the other 3. Their service is top notch friendly and they will forever be my locksmith

I also overheard them quote a customer for a new FOB for their vehicle and their price was very reasonable. They also have a huge variety of keys for sale.

Took a chance 2 git sum ol’school car keys cut, Mike here at Dunseath Keys is just absolutely 💯 aw’sum!!! Not only ly started cutting them after I walk’d in, they even let me bring my German shepherd in. I will ONLY go here for anythin key, fob or safe related from now on… these folks are the real deal…. highly recommended.

Called to have a car key copied. And they no showed. Called back twice to check on it and was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Recieved a text 4 hrs after the scheduled appt saying the technician was trying to contact me. I called the office and asked what the deal was – no apology or explanation, and it was the same person that told me should would call me back earlier.

They asked what time I was available tomorrow. I asked if he was actually going to show up, she said yes, is 10am good. At that point I realized then I don’t want to do business with these people, and their lack of explanation and apology for missing a scheduled service is telling of the work they do if they actually would show up tomorrow. She didn’t say anything and just hung up.

If this business actually responds bad Google reviews and tries to say that they tried to contact me, they did not. If they did there would have been a call on the missed call log, or a voicemail. The tech had no issue calling me earlier in the day, so there’s no excuse for not following me up and letting me know he wasn’t coming.

I had a lock on a uhaul truck and it malfunctioned. I called and a real person who worked there gave me quick options as my movers were standing around waiting. I chose to take the quick drive, a worker came out and used a pick to check the pins in the lock. He worked his magic and within 3 minutes the key worked and I was on my way. They actually didn’t charge me but if they did it was like 30 to 40 I think. I tipped the worker $20 as he saved my move.
These guys are friendly, give realistic options and know what they are doing. Highly highly recommend!

The KeyMe Kiosk at the Winco South was very easy to use with well written prompts.
For a self-serve key duplication kiosk I thought the prices were reasonable. I also liked the option to save the key pattern for future use in case I lose my key.
The only thing I would suggest to the mfg of the kiosk is to make it a bit heavier as it shook while typing in my email and creating a password.

Very easy to follow and therefore easy to program. Thanks 😊 my key was a Honda key fab so the new works paid a lot so glad it did. Kinda up there in price if you’re low income though.
