What a great experience! I purchased a safe. The sales staff (Abrain) was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to show me various products so I could select the safe that best met my needs. They also delivered my safe promptly. They were on time and professional. They took care to not damage anything. John took the time to explain how the safe operates and waited to insure the code I keyed was working before they left.

I was so impressed by the service provided by Ben, he truly saved our vacation! We lost our Land Rover car key on a mountain near Lake Tahoe in blizzard conditions and with a record snowfall. With highways opening and closing several times a day, Ben made it to us within 24 hours and got to work immediately, not only getting into our car, but programming a brand new key. He told us in advance how long he expected the job to take and delivered within minutes of the promised time window. The only other option we had was a tow to another city where we would have had to wait several days for the dealership to order and program the key.

Highly recommend! Friendly, professional, and thorough. We had them create a spare key fob for an older Audi our son bought. He had to do some extra work to make it happen, but he kept at it and are grateful to have another key for this car – saving us potentially a huge amount of money if he ever loses the original! Much much cheaper than the dealer. We very much appreciate this service!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Andy’s Lock & Key was fantastic! I needed 4 keys made for the compactor at work. Home Depot couldn’t help me and told me Andy’s was the best in town, and that they were! They made sure to match the key and make a tester and told me to check it and ensure it was a match on our compactor before making 3 more. Then when I came back they were super fast making the other 3. Their service is top notch friendly and they will forever be my locksmith

I also overheard them quote a customer for a new FOB for their vehicle and their price was very reasonable. They also have a huge variety of keys for sale.

this is the 2nd key I had made they are way easy to use this last key I got does not work so I was wondering what can be done to fix it ????
