I had a lock issue with my security doors. Joe came right over within 15 minutes.

He immediately started to work at the security door locks, and he found that these security doors had a trick to lock properly that we were never taught about when we bought our new place.

Once he confirmed everything was working properly, he showed us how to lock and unlock the doors.

I’m so happy that we got this working properly, and to top it off, he didn’t even charge me for his time to teach me how to work these security doors/locks.

I highly recommend Joe, from “The Lock Fixer” as he definitely knows what he’s doing, and his friendly fast service was greatly appreciated!

Called this morning they sent out a technician out right away, they changed out a Defiant double cylinder deadbolt on my front entry gate without a problem. Original invoice they emailed me was for $900.00. Told the technician to remove it, I was not paying that amount. Settled on $200.00 which is still to high to replace a less than $20.00 deadbolt.

Or did an excellent job he is very compassionate with his work and he is very thorough and thoughtful. I’ve had several locksmith that sucked but I finally found the best in town. They are great at their detail work and very precise and used a measuring tape to measure everything to make sure it was all spot on. If I could give them 10 stars I truly would. Great energy, vibration, very down to earth, genuine, generous! Also gave me a huge discount on the bill due to the issues I had with the others. Very trustworthy and I will be very much so recommending them!
