Chad is an absolute legend! I lost the key to the 2010 Odyssey in a lake. Yes I’m an idiot. Called maybe 6 locksmiths with no luck. The good lord helped me find this place. He was here in 3 hours, Which is incredible since I was deep in the Tetons. He had me a new key made and car programmed in minutes. Could not recommend him

Howell’s Lock & Safe seriously saved me. I came in with a broken aluminum key snapped off inside my lock, and Mike took his time and worked patiently until he got it out. He explained my lock is a higher-security type, so if it didn’t come out I’d be looking at replacing locks (and my apartment has multiple matching ones). Thankfully he got the piece out and made me new copies on steel blanks. Super helpful, honest, and friendly. PSA: aluminum keys look cool but snap way too easily.

Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

They were quick to respond and get out to me which was great. The worst part is that someone came out, took 5 minutes to open my residential home lock, then charged me $150. I did not receive a very friendly attitude then was told “Don’t forget your keys when you go out.” I was not pleased with the price, since I see others have paid way less (almost half).
