It just so happened that my teen needed a set of hosue keys. While out returning Xmas presents low and behold we see the machine. Super fast and literally identical key made in 5 mins or even less. Will go back to get an extra car key made 🙂

Brought in a tumbler that I needed the pins reset. They were great to work with and took care of my problem right away. The pricing was reasonable and I was about the door shortly. I unfortunately dropped the tumbler trying to put it back in the door, and sheepishly had to go back to have them do it again. They understood my mistake and were able to take care of me again.
Friendly service, would definitely use them on my next project needs. Next time I think I should have just paid for a house call to have it done right the first time.

I was locked out of my home today and Cisco came to the rescue! I had been quoted an hour and a half wait the first place I called, but when I called Roadrunner Lock and Rey Cisco was able to be at my home in 15 minutes! Never again will I use a grocery store key making machine! Stopped in and had my key made in less than a minute and less than $5. Staff was incredibly friendly. Will absolutely return here for any key coping needs.

Called to see if they made copies of keys from Mexico and they replied with a message saying they needed a Picture of my key. I replied saying I couldn’t send a Picture because then they would always have a copy of my key. They replied really rudely saying haha they are a locksmith and don’t need keys for anything. So they kind of threatened me saying he doesn’t need keys to get into my house. Really rude. Do not recommend this business. It wouldn’t let me post the screenshot of the messages. Or else I would have posted them on here.

I would like to leave a 5 star review for Angel the guy that came out to help us make a key and reprogram the chip to the car!! My daddy set up the apt for us and then they came to us!! How convenient is that?? On top of that they literally gave us a 50 dollar discount!! Totally awsome sauce!! Very nice guy Angel super sweet and helpful very very hard to find now a days. So thank you guys so much and I will definitely not ever go anywhere else and send all my people to you!! Angel, really appreciate all the help on that stressful day we where having!!

Robert’s took our call after-hours and made a same-day (also after-hours appointment) to help my boyfriend who thought he had lost his car keys in Wal-Mart. The price quoted was very reasonable. Although we did not end up needing Robert’s services because the keys were found, I appreciate that they were so accommodating and able to set up a same day appointment on such short notice.

The keys only work occasionally after attempting to turn it or get it in just right for several minutes. The original key still works fine. Waste of money.

I did not like the fact that you had to cancel after I saw the prices then I got the 33% off I usually make lots of keys but at this price I did not. I went to the local hardware store in my town and they were $3.99 a piece so I had more done today. I had a credit card with a chip and I took about 10 times of swiping it the right way which I was doing to get it to work then it told me to take the key out at the beginning of the process and I chose not to how are they going to make a key without the key in there I like the old machine better I would not do this again for prices and the whole procedure. But for that one community is serve its purpose I needed it right away

I used the KeyMe kiosk in my local Ralphs grocery store to copy 3 of my office keys. I had already had keys made at Lowes and Ace Hardware that did NOT work. KeyMe was my last hope. I had three made, went straight to my office to try them out and they all worked perfectly! I will use again and I highly recommend.

Got my new keys!! They came to my job, made the new key with proper key code in about 20mins!!
Made sure I tried it about 20 times and felt confident that it works before even getting paid and leaving! Wish I knew was gonna be this easy. Even made it easier for me next time I need one made! 10/10 would recommend!!

Awesome and amazing customer service. Scott drive to my location and was so nice and easy to do business with. Price was excellent and he just made the situation so much less stressful. We’ve used this company multiple times in the past when we needed assistance. However, we encountered some very unprofessional and sarcastic treatment from Anthony. I’m not sure why Anthony kept insisting that I lick the batteries repeatedly while giving me unnecessary opinions. If I wanted his opinions I would’ve asked. All I wanted was someone to come out and do the job without unnecessary nonsense. Pretty strange.
