Call literally anyone else in an emergency! Called for an emergency lockout service for my pickup. Waited for an hour and a half with no contact. I called them back and the locksmith claimed he called me and I didn’t answer. I politely informed him I didn’t receive any calls. I’m understanding and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the call didn’t go through or he called the wrong number or something as such. But nope, he immediately became rude, obstinate and denied it acting really immature like I blew him off or something. I have the call logs from my carrier and no such call was made to me. Before I denied his service he told me “it’s too late” and he was already in Albuquerque and it would be 2-3 hours for service. I gave my business to a way better company in the Los Lunas area where the service was friendly, polite, and personable. I recommend everyone else to do the same.

Excellent experience with getting my new key fob made the process was quick easy and stress-free Believe it or not William was fabulous knowledgeable very friendly and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left great customer service and fair pricing I believe and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will most definitely use them again if need be thanks again William you’re the best!!

The website has information to a local address and phone however when I called several times including a toll free number it clearly said there was no locksmith in my area. Disappointed!

A little pricey and my key had a twist on it but the key worked fine and the location of grocery store kiosk on a Sunday was convenient.
