Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

outstanding work! aside from his busy schedule, he was able to come by and check what the issue was and with his experience both professionally and personally, he checked the battery connection and noticed the red covered connection had gotten loose. he then said to turn the car off and on again. things were still working! 98% problem solved! his knowledge and expertise helped solve the problem within minutes of his arrival! thank you and much appreciated!

Robert’s took our call after-hours and made a same-day (also after-hours appointment) to help my boyfriend who thought he had lost his car keys in Wal-Mart. The price quoted was very reasonable. Although we did not end up needing Robert’s services because the keys were found, I appreciate that they were so accommodating and able to set up a same day appointment on such short notice.

I bought two blank keys online and needed them cut for my vehicle with no programming needed. Every locksmith I contacted either wanted $150 for one cut key and programming, or they couldn’t use the keys I provided and wanted me to pay for new ones from them around $50 each (I paid $30 bucks for two blanks online).
Told Justin exactly what I needed and didn’t need. He was able to take care of me for a very fair and reasonable price! I was also able to get this done within 30 minutes of me calling him. Would definitely recommend his company and will use them in the future.

Chris Webber re-keyed my locks 5 to be exact. He knows his craft even fixing one of the doors so the lock fit properly into the door frame. He adjusted the wood carving it out. My experience with this company was really great. The technician arrived within the allotted timeframe, he was polite and efficient. He graciously more a N 95 mask per my request, which I provided for him. And he was able to accommodate some add-on work, which I had forgotten to request when I made my appointment. They may not have been the cheapest in town but they were straight forward and honest. I would gladly pay the extra for that any day. Got my truck a new set of keys and even tried to accommodate me during the busy holiday season I am send my daughter to them here soon.

Keys worked perfect! System Glitched out and didn’t do the complimentary discounted key. And, there was no excuse for it, because I was able to order a similar key immediately after. I had a very special key blank – a titanium old-fashioned Mazda marque symbol – basically a piece of jewelry. I needed to make sure someone would cut it correctly – as it’s a one of a kind and it had to work. That’s why I took it to Territorial. When I explained that it was a special birthday present for myself, he refused to charge me! I left a two dollar bill on the chessboard after I checked to make sure the key worked perfectly in all the doors, ignition and trunk.
Silly, I know.

I’d give these wonderful people 6 stars if I could! They were kind and gentle when I was stressed out about losing my primary car fob. There was a hiccup in the process, but I ended up with even more than I bargained for at a fair price. Any competent locksmith can do a good job when everything goes according to plan, but these folks handled an unexpected problem promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and everybody there without reservation for a difficult job well done.

Best customer care I have experienced in a longtime. Have older fob key, which also has a metal key. Key over time got a slight bend and could no longer turn in the ignition, fob still worked fine. Brought them a new blank fob, the electronics from old key now inside of it. They cut the key and it worked. Before they worked through with me if they slight bent key was the issue. Went out and tried my working key and tested defective key fob. Tested the new key. Showed me where to remove a tiny part in old fob, you barely see it, which is how the car’s ignition recognizes the fob. It’s a small rectangular piece about 1cmx1/2 cm. It’s glued into the old fob and he told me how to remove it. (I mention these boring details in case someone else is trying to replace a fob key with a blank key. You also do not have to reprogram the key if using both old electronic parts from an existing older fob. ) Had he not shown this to me and told me how to remove it, it would not have never worked. Thanks for being, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again for any lock they were so great.
