My husband went to get a key copied and as soon as he entered there was no answer for a while. He did a few things to show there were costumers. No answer but could visually see a man in the office. A lady walks in the shop and is yelling she needs a hug and some help. He is quick to her services and then walks back to his office disrespectfully and blatantly disregarding my husband. My husband says sir, we need a key copied. It wasn’t until then he was rude, and showed aggression. The man snatched the key from my husband angrily, he definitely didn’t feel like doing his job and so my husband evidently didn’t even want his help anymore. He took his key back and went to leave. All in all, the man today was no help, was very rude and disrespectful towards customers, I do not wish this service on anybody and so my goal here is to tell you, that if you are looking for services that pertain to such at Rix security, look elsewhere first, any where else. Hiring this one man, is a gateway to acknowledging their employees are possibly of the same manner.

Didn’t have key for garage and it got locked. Called and within 40 minutes he was at the house, 15 minutes later he had door open and made it to where my new house key fit that door now, and made me 2 new keys for it. Quick, friendly, had no issues.

I had excellent experience with Auto Locksmith making and programming keys for my car. Their tech Uriel responded quickly to my request and was very informative about what it takes for my specific car. He came to the location prepared and had extensive number of high tech tools and laser cutting equipment to work on modern car keys. He came late night and didn’t leave until he finished the job to his satisfaction. It’s impressive to see how committed and knowledgeable he was on new cars. Highly recommended!

Responds quickly, communicates clearly. Ford has deleted a lot of information about my vehicle because of its age and I was about to have a 3000 pound paperweight in my driveway. Brad was able to get to me the same day and get me running after the dealership said it couldn’t be done. A+ work.

They were both a perfect fit! The original was scanned in the machine and they sent the keys to my home address. I was hoping for the black plastic cover like my old ‘96 VW key, but instead received just a plain key. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and it saved me a trip to the locksmith. Extremely convenient!
