Scott was phenomenal. He went out of his way to meet me and even helped me out with the suggestions on my keys and programming my key fob for my vehicle. A+ + service. Was very quick and efficient. We were in my car in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully i dont lock my keys in the car again but if I do I know who to call. Also offer to make spares!

Quick, easy and accurate. Not expensive and some different styles. So all in all it’s good. But can not make certain keys, so you still have to get those from a locksmith.

This crew was great, helped with finding a lost key for some truck dies I thought were gonna have to be cut. Also rekeyed a electronic deadbolt I presumed would be trash. Less than $40 bucks and 30 minutes later had keys for my tie downs and a new lock for my deadbolt. Great local key spot! Thank you!

Fastest & friendly service with good prices! I locked myself out of my car at the grocery store and Will came as quickly as possible to unlock my car, he was nice and friendly and had my car unlocked in less than 10 minutes! I’ve also gone to them for any key repairs! Highly recommended!

My husband went to get a key copied and as soon as he entered there was no answer for a while. He did a few things to show there were costumers. No answer but could visually see a man in the office. A lady walks in the shop and is yelling she needs a hug and some help. He is quick to her services and then walks back to his office disrespectfully and blatantly disregarding my husband. My husband says sir, we need a key copied. It wasn’t until then he was rude, and showed aggression. The man snatched the key from my husband angrily, he definitely didn’t feel like doing his job and so my husband evidently didn’t even want his help anymore. He took his key back and went to leave. All in all, the man today was no help, was very rude and disrespectful towards customers, I do not wish this service on anybody and so my goal here is to tell you, that if you are looking for services that pertain to such at Rix security, look elsewhere first, any where else. Hiring this one man, is a gateway to acknowledging their employees are possibly of the same manner.
