Roger was great. We had an appointment with him. His day was busy and full of other people’s emergencies, but still he got our job done, coming back way past most people’s quitting time to finish. Very polite and respectful. Good communicator. Did not overcharge. I would call on him again.

I went in and was greeted promptly by a nice young man. Told him I needed a couple of key fob shells cut, told him I was going to take the circuit board out of the damaged one and he said he could do it if I wanted him to so I said “go ahead” Not only did he cut the two blank keys and put the old circuit board in the new fob. He handed me the keys and said “It’s free no charge”. I tried to pay but he continued to say “no.” My experience was beyond words Thank you for your service.

Steve really helped my family! We were stranded in a parking lot and locked out of our car. He made us a new door key and key fob on the spot. The service was fast, and professional. Steve is truly kind. I 100% recommend! And I would use his services again in the future!

This is the 3rd time I have had keys made at De’s. I have been doing the Lowe’s key thing for a while and the keys at Lowe’s are expensive and very low quality. De’s key’s are better quality and less expensive. My experience has been… by the time I actually get someone to wait on you at the Lowe’s key department I am ready to leave. At De’s I am out the door with keys in hand in half the time. I highly recommend De’s.
