My husband went to get a key copied and as soon as he entered there was no answer for a while. He did a few things to show there were costumers. No answer but could visually see a man in the office. A lady walks in the shop and is yelling she needs a hug and some help. He is quick to her services and then walks back to his office disrespectfully and blatantly disregarding my husband. My husband says sir, we need a key copied. It wasn’t until then he was rude, and showed aggression. The man snatched the key from my husband angrily, he definitely didn’t feel like doing his job and so my husband evidently didn’t even want his help anymore. He took his key back and went to leave. All in all, the man today was no help, was very rude and disrespectful towards customers, I do not wish this service on anybody and so my goal here is to tell you, that if you are looking for services that pertain to such at Rix security, look elsewhere first, any where else. Hiring this one man, is a gateway to acknowledging their employees are possibly of the same manner.

Got my new keys!! They came to my job, made the new key with proper key code in about 20mins!!
Made sure I tried it about 20 times and felt confident that it works before even getting paid and leaving! Wish I knew was gonna be this easy. Even made it easier for me next time I need one made! 10/10 would recommend!!

There aren’t many of these trades folks around anymore!
I had a very special key blank – a titanium old-fashioned Mazda marque symbol – basically a piece of jewelry. I needed to make sure someone would cut it correctly – as it’s a one of a kind and it had to work. That’s why I took it to Territorial. When I explained that it was a special birthday present for myself, he refused to charge me! I left a two dollar bill on the chessboard after I checked to make sure the key worked perfectly in all the doors, ignition and trunk.
Silly, I know.

This is our second time using this locksmith, and they were just as reliable as the first. They arrived at our house within 15–20 minutes of calling, and were very friendly and prompt. Excellent service all around, we would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend! My son locked my key fob in the trunk of my car over the weekend. Since I didn’t need my car immediately, I was able to wait until Monday morning to call. They answered the phone promptly and friendly, and sent a tech out right away. Isaac was kind, courteous, quick, and efficient. Got my car unlocked and keys in hand in just a few short minutes. 5 stars!

Best place ever. Everyone at Reyjeans not only knows their stuff but they offer the best customer service I’ve ever had!
Forget the dealer, go straight to Reyjeans!!!
The dealer wanted to charge me over $1,900 and a wait if at least 7 days.
Reyjeans was under $140 and they not only repaired my ignition switch( yes they removed the dash), but the also made me a new key which paired to my vehicle!
There is no place better than Reyjeans!

Minute Key works great and is an excellent idea for a kiosk. The machine was simple to use and someone should find no difficulty in using the kiosk. Only takes a minute, I suggest using the Minute Key kiosk if you want the job done right the first time.

Won’t give you a price on the phone. Said $25 for travel fee. I guess it costs $204 to use an airbag to open the door. Most expensive and unprofessional crew I’ve ever seen. $229 to use $30 equipment. Unpunctual too. “David Boris” is crooked. This is everyone reading’s reminder that this service costs about $100.

Update! They in fact did reach out to me to remedy the situation… then left me in the dust when I replied. Better luck next time. Just another fake person responding to reviews.
