Steve was able to replace the door latching mechanism on the front door of my house just a couple hours after I called! He seems to be very up to date with technology, I was able to use my credit card and get a receipt sent to my phone. And the door works perfectly again! He seems like a good guy too, and very knowledgeable as well. He happily answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Got my new keys!! They came to my job, made the new key with proper key code in about 20mins!!
Made sure I tried it about 20 times and felt confident that it works before even getting paid and leaving! Wish I knew was gonna be this easy. Even made it easier for me next time I need one made! 10/10 would recommend!!

Paul is amazing! Couldn’t find my keys and learned I accidentally locked them in my car. Gave Paul a call and he arrived within 30 minutes. Very polite, talkative, great customer service. I was locked out of my home today and Cisco came to the rescue! I had been quoted an hour and a half wait the first place I called, but when I called Roadrunner Lock and Rey Cisco was able to be at my home in 15 minutes!
