Steve was able to replace the door latching mechanism on the front door of my house just a couple hours after I called! He seems to be very up to date with technology, I was able to use my credit card and get a receipt sent to my phone. And the door works perfectly again! He seems like a good guy too, and very knowledgeable as well. He happily answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and offered me excellent security advice. After installing my locks, he took the time to help me set up the Wifi set-up as well. Sean was a life saver when I dropped my keys through a crack between the deck boards! He came out promptly on a Sunday and addressed other lock issues while at the property. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and charged a very reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend.

I was locked out of my home today and Cisco came to the rescue! I had been quoted an hour and a half wait the first place I called, but when I called Roadrunner Lock and Rey Cisco was able to be at my home in 15 minutes!
