He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and offered me excellent security advice. After installing my locks, he took the time to help me set up the Wifi set-up as well. Steve was able to replace the door latching mechanism on the front door of my house just a couple hours after I called! He seems to be very up to date with technology, I was able to use my credit card and get a receipt sent to my phone. And the door works perfectly again! He seems like a good guy too, and very knowledgeable as well. He happily answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Sean was a life saver when I dropped my keys through a crack between the deck boards! He came out promptly on a Sunday and addressed other lock issues while at the property. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and charged a very reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend.

I’m a long term traveller from germany, travelling (mostly together with my wife Jeannette) from Canada to South-Argentina. The lock of the propane tank compartment of our pickup camper was blocked, so I stopped at Gurley’s to seek for professional help.

Kimerley, the owner of Gurley Locksmith was super friendly. She is a highly skilled locksmith, doing this job for 30 years. She opened the lock within two minutes without damaging anything. And this lady has a big heart too! She didn’t charge anything for that.

I was locked out of my home today and Cisco came to the rescue! I had been quoted an hour and a half wait the first place I called, but when I called Roadrunner Lock and Rey Cisco was able to be at my home in 15 minutes! Never knew there was a robotic machine in our neighborhood Walmart that could make keys. We noticed there was a machine to duplicate keys, being that there is usually a long line or only on individual in the area where keys are made, we decided to give this robot a test. We had 3 keys in under 5 minutes with the machine easily accessible to us with simple directions and question and buttons. I would recommend this machine for your “quick key”. although slightly higher in price, this machine did its job and we are happy to have learned about it.
