Berry was excellent to work with. Communication was clear from the start, and he was very prompt and informative throughout the entire process. He came to us, which made everything so much easier, and was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the key was working perfectly before leaving. Steve really helped my family! We were stranded in a parking lot and locked out of our car. He made us a new door key and key fob on the spot. The service was fast, and professional. Steve is truly kind. I 100% recommend! And I would use his services again in the future!

Rain, sleet, snow, or dust?

The worst possible day to do anything but this didn’t stop the owner of Security Key & Safe from taking on the task of matching a second car key for me. The customer service and attention we received were unmatched, and believe me I called around. During our time in the shop, we weathered the storm, shared funny stories; instantly became lifelong customers, and made new local friends. We needed a key but got so much more…thank you! We just bought a new car and my husband and I instantly stated, “We’re heading back!” We don’t hold it against him for being a Cowboys fan either…Who Dat.
