Steve really helped my family! We were stranded in a parking lot and locked out of our car. He made us a new door key and key fob on the spot. The service was fast, and professional. Steve is truly kind. I 100% recommend! And I would use his services again in the future!

Was in a bad situation right down the street from this locksmith and they were absolutely no help at all.. I agree with the other reviews call anyone but this place. Very rude and even worse customer service!!

Amazing! I was locked out of my car and tried myself for about 2 hours. I finally decided to call for help and I was so very impressed! He was there within 15 minutes, and got my car open in less than 3 minutes. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend! Will be calling again for all future lock needs.

Excellent experience with getting my new key fob made the process was quick easy and stress-free Believe it or not William was fabulous knowledgeable very friendly and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left great customer service and fair pricing I believe and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will most definitely use them again if need be thanks again William you’re the best!!

Needed three keys copied (1 standard, 2 specialty). I left WITHOUT any keys; two specialized one we’re going to be mailed and one standard that gave two error messages while copying.
I was refunded for the key that did not copy, but overall it was an annoying transaction since I left without any keys.

I recommend going to Metzgers for any key copying needs. Metzgers was overall cheaper and faster than this service.
